Your use of this e-commerce portal and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) as applicable to the website. 

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires ‘You’ or ‘User’ or ‘Visitor’ will mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the site by signing up. Eboshon allows users to surf the website or make purchases without registering on the website. The term “we”, “us”, “our” will mean eboshon.com.

Product availability

Since we worked on naturally dyed products  most of the time our products are stocked in limited amount. Because of its limited availability and nature of production, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Eboshon.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Product Information

Our products are mainly clothes,dresses besides these have some handicrafts and jute items which are  shippable items according to the laws of Bangladesh.Currently we are only available inside Bangladesh.Please note that considering the laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility and other constraints, Eboshon does not carry every item that you would find in our stores. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Most Eboshon products displayed on the website are available in select Eboshon stores in Bangladesh while supplies last. 

Natural Dye/Vegetable dye - Since we extract dyes from natural sources like leaves,fruits,vegetable,wood etc color shade and tone may vary from lot to lot in case of same design,fabric and color . Eboshon products are dyed naturally therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.

Colors - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

Pricing - In the event an Eboshon product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical or typographical error or error in pricing information, Eboshon shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Payment and Credit Note – Eboshon shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Eboshon shall issue a credit note in the amount of the incorrect price. Eboshon does not provide refunds for online orders, including cost of shipping and handling.
